Converter 4 to 1 BNC, The 1J1001 4 to 1 BNC Converter is used to connect a Wayne Kerr 6500 analyzer to the Device Under Test using a single BNC connector. This is useful when the connection terminal of the DUT is a single BNC, such as some antennas. The outer of the single BNC is isolated.
Converter 4 to 2 BNC, The 1J1002 4 to 1 BNC Converter is used to connect a Wayne Kerr 6500 analyzer to the Device Under Test which is terminated in two BNC connectors.

SMD 2 Terminal Fixture, The 1012 fixture makes a 2-terminal measurement to end contact surface mount devices and is suitable for medium and high impedance devices.
SMD 4 Terminal Fixture, The 1014 fixture makes a 4-terminal measurement to end contact surface mount devices and is especially suitable for low impedance devices.

Liquid Fixture, The 1J1022 Liquid Fixture is used to make accurate dielectric constant and impedance measurements of liquid materials. When used with a Wayne Kerr 6500 analyzer then the 1J1002 4-2 BNC Converter (available separately) must also be used.
BNC 4-2 Adaptor, The 1023 adaptor allows 2-terminal accessories to be used with 4-terminal analyzers, such as the 4300 and 6500, which do not have a 2 Term/ 4 Term switching facility on their front panel.
SMD 2 Terminal Fixture, The 1024 fixture makes a 2-terminal measurement to small body end contact surface mount devices and is suitable for medium and high impedance devices.
Grounded Component Probe, The 1025 probe allows a 6500 to make ground referenced impedance measurements. In normal use the 6500 is unable to measure components which have one terminal directly referenced to ground, but the 1025 Probe is the solution to this restriction.
