A full calibration service is available for Wayne Kerr instruments traceable to national standards. Comprehensive service facilities enables all current instruments to be repaired as well as many of our older products.

Copies of the user manual for many of our products are available in electronic (.pdf) or hard copy formats. Hard copies of manuals will incur a handling and mailing charge. To obtain a copy please Send us a Message, giving full details of the instrument for which the manual is required.
All equipment supplied by Wayne Kerr Electronics Ltd is only intended to be used with approved accessories or auxiliary instruments. Product performance, calibration and reliability can only be assured where recommended external equipment is used. Any damage to products caused by the use of unapproved equipment will invalidate any new product or service guarantee.

Answer: It is a 150pF polystyrene capacitor made only by LCR Components in their EXFS range.

Answer: Press the top soft key button while the instrument is powering up.

Answer: Press the top soft key button at the same time as the Sngl/Rep button while the instrument is powering up.
In the event of difficulty, or apparent circuit malfunction, it is advisable to contact the service department or your local sales engineer or agent for advice before attempting repairs.
For repairs and recalibration it is recommended that the complete instrument be returned to one of the following service centres.
When returning the instrument please ensure adequate care is taken with packing and arrange insurance cover against transit damage or loss. If possible re-use the original packaging.
